The Elderly Brothers, from left, David Vernier, Walt Hellman, and Peter Harr, formed in Corvallis, Oregon in 1974 when David and Walt were grad students at Oregon State University and Peter was a young engineer. The Elderlies sing oldies from the fifties and sixties as well as Country-Western and folk songs, all acoustically. After 50 years of singing the Elderly name has become more fitting!
